Forever Is Forgotten
Forever Is Forgotten was a trailblazing hardcore/metalcore band hailing from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Active in the early 2000's, the band quickly gained a reputation for their intense live performances and unique blend of punishing breakdowns, complex guitar work, and melodic undercurrents. Their sound pushed the boundaries of both hardcore and metalcore, creating a chaotic yet emotionally charged atmosphere that resonated with fans across the United States, Candada, Europe, and beyond.
The band was a proud part of Milwaukee’s underground hardcore scene and released 2 albums through Thorp Records, a respected label in the hardcore punk and metalcore world. Their 2004 album, The Architecture Is Still Burning, solidified their place in the genre, showcasing the band’s raw aggression, technical prowess, and lyrical depth, touching on themes of personal struggle, societal collapse, and existential questioning.
Forever Is Forgotten has recently picked back up the torch and are anticipating a new release in 2025 on posicore records
